42nd MUSWELLBROOK ART PRIZE

The Official Opening of the 42^nd MUSWELLBROOK ART PRIZE will be held at 6.00pm on Saturday 23^rd March 2013 at the Muswellbrook Regional Arts Centre. This is located on the corner Bridge & William Streets Muswellbrook, NSW Australia. 

Everyone is welcome to comae along to this evening to see the entries in the various categories of paintings, works on paper and ceramics. Admission is free, and it will be a great night to be among the first to see the entries and winners.

The various sections are:-

Section A: Two dimensional painting of any subject in any medium

Section B: work on paper of any subject in any medium excluding photography

Section C: Ceramic work of any subject.

The adjudicator this year is Dr Leigh Summers BA (Hons) p.g dip MC Phd, who is aCurator, author, researcher, historian, educator and art gallery director, Coffs Harbour Regional Gallery.

Public Exhibition Dates: 24 March – 12  May 2013
