Qantas to RevealLessons Learned From Social Media at eTravel Summit

The disruptive nature of the Internet has changed the game for many travel industry suppliers, who are increasingly using social media, mobile and email marketing to promote their products and services, and engage with customers.

For Qantas, this has been a combination leading to greater customer interaction, improved crisis management and the ability to gain valuable insights into what customers do and don’t like about the Flying Kangaroo.
