The Festival includes striking Chinese dance performances twice daily, five live music acts (Sydney-based Sax Summit, Gibbo and the Fat Lambs. Bruce McCumstie, David and Eva Wei Traditional Chinese Music, and a Bush Band), more than 100 food, produce, craft and bric-a-brac market stalls, magician, children's story time, gold panning, face painting and street theatre.

On Sunday (or until caught) Arc-en-Ciel Trout Farm will be holding a Go for Gold Fishing Extravaganza. The ultimate prize will be to catch a Trophy Golden Trout (over 1.5kg) which will be released into our fish-out dam prior to the competition.First Prize will be a $50 voucher for fishing gear AND the trophy fish cleaned and dressed. There will also be second and third prizes for biggest other fish of the day. Entry fee is $15, which includes fishing rod hire, bait and one caught fish per rod. (We operate strictly catch and keep and other fish will be charged at $15 per kg. on cleaned weight.)
