The 79-room hotel, scheduled to open Q4 2014, will be
part of Phuphatara Khao Yai, a residential development by Vilailux Development
Co., Ltd.. Owned by major shareholders of the telecommunications firm Samart
Corporation, the company plans to build villas and condominiums in addition to
the hotel in the flourishing Khao Yai area.
The hotel, dusitD2 khao yai, will be managed and operated
by Dusit International. Of the villas
and condominiums to be built at Phuphatara Khao Yai, several will be part of a leaseback rental pool program.

dusitD2 khao yai is an inspired winery / vineyard concept

library. The Phuphatara Khao Yai development is located a short two hour drive
from Bangkok and is only 13 km from Khao Yai National Park, recognized by
