Wet ‘n’ Wild Sydney
A significant stage of construction commenced at Wet ‘n’ Wild Sydney this week, with the arrival of slides and playground equipment for Sydney’s newest theme park.
A convoy of over 300 trucks began delivering parts that will soon form rides including the Aqua Loop, Mat Racer, Double Skycoaster and the biggest wave pool in Australia.

The 25 hectare site at Prospect in Western Sydney will be home to 43 slides and attractions and is scheduled to open by summer 2013.

Wet`n’Wild Sydney General Manager Chris Warhurst said Sydney residents had embraced the vision for the water park and were eagerly anticipating the opening in time for summer 2013.

“Our website, www.wetnwildsydney.com.au has attracted significant attention from those who want to buy advance tickets and VIP memberships to people who want to work with us to provide the best water park experience available.

“First and foremost this park will boast thrilling slides and attractions you will only see here in Sydney. We already operate water parks on the Gold Coast and in the US and Wet`n’Wild Sydney promises to be the biggest and the best.”
