In an extraordinary first for Star Wars fans in Australia, Museums Victoria, together with The Walt Disney Company Australia & New Zealand is thrilled to announce the launch of the Star Wars™ Galactic Café, an immersive dining experience opening at Melbourne Museum on June 7, 2025.

This one-of-a-kind pop-up café promises to take fans of all ages on a culinary journey to a galaxy far, far away — right in the heart of Carlton Gardens at Melbourne Museum.

Set against the backdrop of one of the world's most beloved galaxies, the Star Wars Galactic Café will offer an out-of-this-world experience. Inspired by iconic characters and moments from across the saga, visitors are invited to dine aboard a Corellian Star Cruiser either before or after exploring the newly opened LEGO® Star Wars™: The Exhibition.

The Star Wars Galactic Café has been developed and designed in collaboration with Museums Victoria, Disney and Lucasfilm and is an Australian-first food and beverage concept in the Star Wars galaxy.

With a menu featuring items and dishes inspired by elements of the epic Star Wars saga, including iconic blue milk, there will be something for all ages to enjoy. Stay tuned for the full menu reveal, to be announced soon.
