First Weekend, First Look: Fondue Chalet Warms Up Fed Square

Fondue Chalet opened to the public with panache on Friday and it’s already melting hearts, earning an impressive 67 five-star Google reviews in just one weekend!

Last week, we announced that fondue is back, and Melbourne couldn’t wait to melt. Over the weekend, nearly 1,000 guests visited Fondue Chalet at Fed Square to indulge in bubbling pots of authentic French cheese fondue from the Alps. The response has been nothing short of incredible.

With 67 five-star Google reviews in just three days (read them here) and guest feedback like “mad vibes,” “fantastic experience,” and “the atmosphere is incredible,” it’s clear this winter pop-up has struck a chord with Melburnians.

The team at BBR Group Australia has worked tirelessly to bring this immersive alpine experience to life, and we’re excited to share the first look at Fondue Chalet with you below.

The site looks spectacular, and we’re welcoming media to film, capture winter content. Yes, we’ll even turn on the snow.

Cost: $99 per person, minimum of 6pp and maximum of 8pp per chalet **Children under six eat for free**
