New Zealand’s largest business events showcase, MEETINGS 2025, is returning to Auckland Showgrounds on 11 and 12 June, and day buyer registrations are officially open. Organised by Business Events Industry Aotearoa (BEIA), this highly anticipated event brings together over 200 exhibitors from across the country for two days of meaningful connections, education, and inspiration.

Free to attend, the MEETINGS Day Buyer programme offers unmatched access to New Zealand’s business events community, with added benefits for professionals eager to stay at the forefront of the industry.

Exclusive Benefits for Day Buyers

Day Buyers receive a range of advantages including priority access to the Celebrity Speakers NZ Showcase lunchtime sessions and the Tourism New Zealand Knowledge and Destination Hub. Travellers from outside Auckland will also enjoy a $100 flight rebate and access to special accommodation rates.

Unlike hosted buyers, who are pre-scheduled for 30 appointments, day buyers have the flexibility to tailor their visit to fit their schedule. New for 2025, registered day buyers will be granted access to an online diary one week before the event, allowing them to book meetings with preferred exhibitors ahead of time.

MEETINGS 2025 isn’t all business. The Celebration event on the evening of 12 June will highlight the creative spirit and culinary excellence of the events industry. Held at the Viaduct Events Centre, the evening will embrace the Regatta theme, celebrating Auckland’s iconic City of Sails location in true waterfront style.

With the help of partners Auckland Conventions, Venues and Events, Urban Gourmet, The Events Group, The Production Agency, and Flock Events, the event promises to impress with standout entertainment, design, and hospitality. The celebrations will continue late into the night with an exclusive after-party at the QT Auckland rooftop bar from 11pm.
