Usher in the Year of the Tiger at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney

Soak up the festivities of Lunar New Year with an elevated Afternoon Tea experience featuring our Lunar New Year-inspired sweet and savoury delights, available till 15 February.

The menu features Bird’s Nest with Rose Jelly and Raspberry Gel, Dark Chocolate Mousse with Yuzu Jelly and Velvet Spray, Chicken and Lemongrass Salad in a Sesame Bun, Singapore Chilli Crab Rillettes with Sourdough Crostini, complemented with Har Gao Dumplings.

  • Available daily at The Bar from 12.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
  • A$78 per person, inclusive of TWG tea or coffee
  • A$88 per person, inclusive of a Sydney Sling cocktail
  • A$98 per person, inclusive of a flute of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut NV champagne
