NEW AUSTRALIA'S OYSTER COAST WEBSITE

Many Australians love eating oysters. Australia's biggest producer of Sydney rock oysters - Australia’s Oyster Coast (AOC) - has launched a new consumer brand and website. 

AOC sources oysters from seven farms and 20 estuaries on the NSW coast. 

It works directly with farmers, as well as farming itself, builds relationships with wholesalers, retailers and chefs and supports events such as Narooma Oyster Festival.
