2012 Formula 1 SingTel Singapore Grand Prix hits the city streets this September with headlining superstars Katy Perry, Maroon 5 and Noel Gallagher
  
Singapore is gearing up for the 2012 Formula 1 SingTel Singapore Grand Prix, with exciting entertainment in store on and off the track from 21st - 23rd September.

This annual race presents an exhilarating time to visit Singapore and international visitors have been flocking to the city ever since its inaugural race in 2008 to enjoy not only the thrill of fast cars, but also the exciting calendar of glamorous parties, music sensations and memorable events.

This year, the Formula 1 SingTel Singapore Grand Prix will be a sporting and entertainment extravaganza for all to enjoy. Be trackside to experience this phenomenal night race with Formula 1 cars speeding past some of Singapore's most well-loved landmarks, but also enjoy a power-packed line-up of international headliners and parties taking place behind the scenes.

This year's headlining acts at the Padang Stage include global superstar sensation Katy Perry, chart topper Noel Gallagher, Grammy award winning rock group Maroon 5, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee The Pretenders, chart topping group Bananarama, as well as iconic 80s duo The Proclaimers.

The extensive entertainment line-up also includes four outstanding local Australian acts including sassy singer-songwriter Mama Kin, quick-change artistes Soul Mystique, award-winning beatboxer Tom Thum and illusionist Nicholas Tweedy. Visitors can catch these riveting performances and over 10 hours of race action, across three fully loaded days!

Trackside tickets start as low as AUD$45*, while a three-day Premier Walkabout ticket averages at AUD$115* per day with access to all zones and 350 entertainers within the circuit park.
