The initiative from Singapore-based low-cost airline Scoot aims to bring the flavours and spirit of international travel to the streets of Sydney, giving people a taste of destinations across its airline network without needing a passport or boarding pass.
Four Days, Four Sydney Locations
The Scoot Stopover Cafe will visit four popular Sydney precincts, with different opening times at each location.
- Thursday, 29 October 2026: Circular Quay West Promenade, 7am to 1pm.
- Friday, 30 October 2026: Parramatta Square, 8am to 1pm.
- Saturday, 31 October 2026: Martin Place, 9am to 1pm.
- Sunday, 1 November 2026: Chatswood Pedestrian Precinct, 8am to 1pm.
The locations give Sydneysiders across the city opportunities to stop by during their morning commute, a weekend outing or a visit to one of Sydney's busy shopping and business districts.

For travellers planning their next overseas escape, the pop-up offers a different way to discover travel inspiration. Instead of browsing flight destinations online, visitors can enjoy a drink while imagining the food, culture and experiences waiting in another country.
The cafe also provides an opportunity for people who have never flown with Scoot to learn more about the airline and the destinations it serves.
Spin the Wheel for Travel Prizes
Visitors will also be able to spin a prize wheel for the chance to win Scoot travel vouchers and merchandise. The additional activity adds a playful element to the pop-up and gives visitors another reason to stop and explore the experience.
Whether looking for a free morning coffee, an unusual city activity or ideas for a future international holiday, the Scoot Stopover Cafe brings a little travel-themed excitement to Sydney's streets.

The Scoot Stopover Cafe is a reminder that planning a holiday can begin with a small discovery. A destination-inspired drink might prompt visitors to research a new city, explore a different culture or start considering where their next trip could take them.
The pop-up runs for a limited time, so visitors should check the event information before travelling to their preferred location. Drinks are advertised as free, while travel vouchers and merchandise are prizes subject to the promotion's conditions.
