Deception Pass State Park for some incredible cliff-top views, then set up camp at the Captain Whidbey, a historic inn initially built in 1907 that was rebooted in 2019.

Discover Whidbey Island's northern charm at Deception Pass. The historic bridge connecting to Fidalgo Island offers stunning views, and the nearby state park features 38 miles of trails leading to lakes and wild beaches.

Head south to Langley, a hip counterpart to Coupeville. With indie boutiques, cafes and local produce and breweries.

Rent a bike from Skagit Cycle Center and explore the 25 miles of trails, including the scenic 3.5-mile Bluff Trail loop.
