Shikano Soba Dojo

At the "Shikano Soba Dojo,' you can personally handcraft and enjoy soba noodles made with locally harvested buckwheat flour. 

Each set accommodates up to four participants, making it a perfect opportunity to join with family or friends and capture the experience through photos. 

Veteran local housewives will teach you how to make soba. Rest assured that even beginners can create delicious soba under their careful guidance. 

You have the option to boil and savor the freshly made soba on the spot or take it home with you.
