Try out the different tastes and textures of Japan’s most famous udon noodles!

Goto Udon
The famous Sanuki Udon from Kagawa has a firm, bouncy texture served as Bukkake Udon, and the Inaniwa Udon is a thinner, flatter udon from Akita Prefecture served cold dipped in sesame sauce. 

There is also the unique Goto Udon, a firm-textured noodle from Nagasaki’s Goto Islands, popularly served in a “Hell Pot” where the noodles are served with a dipping sauce of soy-sauce-based flying fish dashi with raw egg.
