Rainforestation Nature Park in Kuranda has officially opened a new Treehouse Restaurant to the public.
Visitors now have the opportunity to enjoy the international hot BBQ buffet in the Treehouse Restaurant, adjacent to the treehouse.
General Manager Chris Grantham said the setting caters for families with children and the general public.
“This gives visitors the option to choose from three different restaurant settings: Colonial – overlooking our picturesque lake, Outback – surrounded by our tropical gardens, and the brand new Treehouse area.” he said.
“With this restaurant extension, we have increased our seating capacity by an additional 100 seats”.
Rainforestation Nature Park caters for large events for clients from both domestically and internationally.
The Treehouse Restaurant was officially opened at the SKAL Cairns Luncheon at Rainforestation on Thursday 10th April.
Rainforestation Nature Park has three unique attractions: Amphibious Army Duck Tours of the rainforest, the Pamagirri Aboriginal Experience, and the Koala & Wildlife Park. Rainforestation is situated on the Kennedy Highway, 5 minutes from Kuranda Village, and 30 minutes from Cairns.
