Meiji Shrine
No visit to Japan is complete without a little bit of history and culture. There are quite a few shrines dappled around the city, including the massive Meiji Shrine located adjacent to the popular Yoyogi park.
Tsukiji Fish Market Tsukiji fish market is the biggest fish market in the world, and the attending fishermen mean business. Arrive early to watch the tuna auction, or saunter by late morning for an ultra fresh sushi breakfast.
