We were welcomed after a long 14 hour flight from Australia in the pickup zone directly out of the terminal. This made it so much easier with all our luggage and a tired toddler (and parents!) If you were to get a Rideshare it’s in a separate area a shuttle ride away, which you would need to get to with all of your luggage also.

We were quickly loaded into the nice SUV, our daughter strapped into the rear facing car seat as requested and onto our hotel in Anaheim. Safe, simple and feeling welcomed.

Adrian is so easy to talk to, friendly and so knowledgeable about absolutely everything in LA (he’s lived here his whole life!) that our 45 minutes on the freeway to Anaheim only felt like 5! After plenty of conversation about our plans, tips and advice, the next thing I knew we were being given a quick tour of the Anaheim/Disneyland resort area. Your driver will also be local and will happily give tips on everything from eating and dining, Disneyland, hotels and other activities before arriving at your destination.

We were very fortunate to have Adrian also transfer us back from Anaheim to our next hotel near LAX, and received the same prompt, reliable and friendly service.
