Upon agreeing to start working with them, they will allocate you one of their team members to handle your inquiries and bookings. He/she will be your main contact person for all inquiries, with whom you can establish an intuitive working relationship.


2. Visa for Sri Lanka

3. Arrival Assistance and Value-Added Services:
All Tourists will receive the meet and greet, followed by assistance from their representative upon arrival, with their name on the paging board.

4. Standard Reservation Procedure

• Receiving your enquiry in their Inquiry department
• Contact for Booking/product support inquiries:

• They will acknowledge within 1 hour (During 0900hrs to 1900hrs local time) and within 24 hours you will find the detailed proposal.
• They are also available on ‘WhatsApp’ and any social media networking.
• They will send our reply with the requested hotel/round tour rates with hotel availability and even suggest a few alternatives (with the final payable price), with Standard transfer rates. Excursions, and Sri Lanka visa details.
• Once thy receive your acceptance, they will forward their invoice in USD for payment purposes together with the hotel confirmation details.
• Meanwhile, to assist in developing your product, they can share the Sri Lanka image library and selected hotel images. Also, if you need any further assistance/recommendations regarding the product, their team will be happy to assist. Please advise.
