Alba’s International White Truffle Fair - 93rd edition

Alba’s International White Truffle Fair
Alba
, recognised as a UNESCO Creative City for Gastronomy, once again opens its doors to the prestigious 93rd International White Truffle Festival, one of the main showcases of Italian haute cuisine.

From now until 3 December 2023, a nine-week journey of flavour awaits lovers of the white gold of the Langhe. Mandatory stop: the Alba White Truffle World Market, located in the heart of the old town, where you can taste and buy the precious truffles from the forests of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato and watch spectacular folk performances.

A wealth of initiatives enhance the event. Firstly, the Cooking Shows where you can taste gourmet creations by great Italian and international chefs, together with fine Piedmontese sparkling wines.

There are also: Truffle Sensory Analysis seminars, Wine Tastings dedicated to the great wines of Langhe, Monferrato and Roero, cooking classes in Roddi Castle, children's workshops and much more.

And if all that is not enough to immerse yourself in the Langhe white gold culture, we recommend a visit to the Alba Truffle Museum. The 10 rooms present the world of truffles through 140 m of thematic graphic illustrations, multimedia devices and over 50 thematic objects on display.

The Alba White Truffle International Festival is a perfect summary of the local culture, region and cuisine, as well as an experience to be enjoyed at least once in a lifetime.
