The London International Horse Show
Excel, London 13 to 18 December 2023

The London International Horse Show is the UK's major indoor equestrian event featuring three FEI World Cup™ classes in Dressage, Showjumping and Driving.

Show jumping 

The key Show Jumping event is the Longines FEI World CupTM Jumping Leg which takes place on the afternoon of Sunday 17 December 2023, with the LeMieux Puissance, on the evening of Friday 15 December 2023 and the Show Jumping Grand Prix on the evening of Monday 18 December 2023 having one of the toughest showjumping tracks of the whole event. 

Driving 

The FEI Driving World Cup and Extreme Driving offer some of the most competitive carriage driving and is only open to the top 10 ranked drivers in the world. 

Dressage 

Dressage focuses on the physique of the horse and the harmony between rider and horse during a routine of three paces: walk, trot and canter and the transitions between these. The London International Horse Show offers the Grand Prix and the Kur or Freestyle Test to Music. International displays The international equestrian displays for 2023 come from the Portuguese Lusitanos and the Musical Drive of the King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery Alongside these competitions and displays there are equestrian displays, Kennel Club Dog Agility, Shetland Pony Grand National and the Christmas Finale. 

A second arena, the London Arena, has been added to the 2023 event with a programme including the London Showing Series of 23 different showing competitions and their finals, Kennel Club and Crufts Dog Agility and Masterclasses covering tips on dressage, jumping, driving, eventing, showing and much more. 

The show’s Shopping Village will have over 200 equestrian focussed stands and there is a wide range of ‘wining and dining’ opportunities in the village and throughout Excel.
