Brisbane Airport welcomes flurry of new flights

Brisbane Airport Corporation has made the very welcome announcement that new services across multiple airlines have been added to the international and domestic schedule, providing a healthy boost to the tourism industry.

This increased offering will provide an additional 1.3 million seats in and out of Brisbane over the next 12 months, kicking off with the beginning of the 2023 Northern winter travel season.

The launch of seven new routes and expansion of others sets the estimated international recovery to grow to 90 per cent of pre-COVID-19 capacity.

Routes include:
  • Honiara (Solomon Islands) <> Brisbane
  • Wellington <> Brisbane
  • San Francisco <> Brisbane
  • Tokyo <> Brisbane
  • Adelaide <> Brisbane
  • Shanghai <> Brisbane
  • Guangzhou <> Brisbane
  • Los Angeles <> Brisbane
