Introducing the architectural marvel that is 'Kumo no Ue Library', also known as the 'Library Above the Clouds'

@ebi_times on Instagram
The library lies in the town of Yusuhara in north-west Kochi Prefecture at an altitude of 1,455m.

Along with 5 other buildings in Yusuhara, the library is made from locally-sourced wood and designed by renowned architect Kengo Kuma, who created the main stadium for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.

With a name like 'Library Above the Clouds' and a ceiling which looks like an inverted forest, it's the perfect, relaxing place to curl up with a good book and let your imagination run wild.
