| Aloft Abu Dhabi Hotel |
Starwood has announced the debut of its Aloft brand in
Sharjah at the Arabian Travel Market following an agreement signed with Amer
Eisa Mousa Al Amri. Opening early in 2015, the 286-room hotel will be the
second Aloft in the UAE and will be located on the beachfront of Corniche Road, 10
minutes from the Expo Centre Sharjah and the emirate’s cultural and heritage
attractions.
Targeting both business and leisure guests, the hotel will
feature free wireless Internet, loft-style rooms and platform beds, walk-in
showers, Bliss amenities, fitness centre and pool and meeting spaces, and will
be the third Starwood property in the emirate, following the opening of the
Sheraton Sharjah and Four Points by Sheraton Sharjah next year.
