The 51st event will officially kick off with the Opening Concert in Toyota Park – the Festival’s largest and loudest venue on Friday 13 January. The 51st Festival will see the return of the ever-popular buskers, while chalk artists, and trader stalls will keep everyone entertained in the main festival precinct.

The dedicated Family Zone will have plenty activities for the young and young at heart, including carnival rides and side show alley and the Toyota Zone will be back with its ever-popular Toyota Hat and pin giveaway, with the proceeds of sales going towards a worthy cause – crisis support service Lifeline.

Toyota Australia Chief Marketing Officer Vin Naidoo said that over 30 years, Toyota has supported a range of charities during Tamworth Country Music Festival by selling hats and pins to give back to the community and support those that are doing it tough.

“The support that Lifeline provides is essential, and Toyota is incredibly proud to be partnering with them for the 2023 Tamworth Country Music Festival.” Mr Naidoo said.

“The hats and pins are an iconic part of the summer festival, and all funds raised go directly to Lifeline to help fund such a critical service and strengthen the local community. So, we encourage all festival goers to visit the Toyota Zone during the festival to show their support to Lifeline.”
