On my recent stay there I particularly found the reception, restaurant and cleaning staff to be very friendly and always offered attentive service.
My 2 Twin Beds Deluxe River View Room offered 34 square metres of very comfortable living space. It had lovely contemporary Thai-style décor with elegant furnishings.
I made good use of the bottled water, coffee/tea maker, cups/glassware, mini bar, mini-refrigerator and coffee table.
The Terrace @72 is the modern, all-day restaurant offering indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the Chao Phraya Riverside. Each morning I enjoyed my buffet breakfast with a good choice of cereal, fruits, bakery, and hot & cold dishes. For lunch and dinner it serves a variety of cuisines, including Thai and Japanese and it also offers a seafood and international buffet. On the weekend, open kitchen menus can be enjoyed.
The Ah Yat Abalone Forum Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner with Cantonese delicacies like dim sum, in addition to seafood dishes and abalone specialities prepared by master chefs from Hong Kong. It is a wonderful venue offering magnificent river and pool views.
The Desert Dreams Bakery is located in the main lobby with a cozy setting that is perfect for a a casual business meeting or a romantic rendezvous. It is the place where you can enjoy afternoon tea or coffee while taking in pool views. Refreshing mocktails and cocktails and light snacks are served in an outdoor setting overlooking tropical gardens.
The Ramada Plaza Bangkok Menam Riverside is the perfect place to relax. The onsite Massira Wellness & Spa has a variety of beauty and massage treatments and includes a steam room and sauna.
The outdoor pool is a wonderful way to cool down in the refreshing water. For the more energetic the fitness center has a range of fitness equipment to use.
For meetings, event, and social functions, the Ramada Plaza Bangkok Menam Riverside is the perfect space. The hotel offers 18 meeting rooms that accommodates up to 600 conference or banquet guests. There is also a 24-hour self-serve business center.
I often made use of the the Ramada Plaza Bangkok Menam Riverside free shuttle boat service from its own pier to travel on the Chao Phraya River to the nearby Saphan Taksin Skytrain Station.

I enjoyed wonderful day and night time views of the Chao Phraya River and its passing procession of different styles of river boats.
My room was made welcoming with remote controlled air-conditioning, 42" satellite flat screen TV, radio, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet access, sitting area and a work desk.

My bed was a delight to sleep on at night with good quality mattress, pillows and sheet. The separate bathroom had a good rainforest shower, separate bathtub, hair dryer and a good range of bathroom amenities.
There are several dining venues at the Ramada Plaza Bangkok Menam Riverside.
