The impressive hotel is 35 stories high and has 392 luxurious rooms and suites furnished with Thai modern accents. The three-floor atrium offers a welcoming atmosphere with helpful staff to assist checkin.
My guest room was spacious with delightful Thai-inspired decor that gave the room a Thai touch of elegance.
The seating area with sofa, chair and table was ideal to watch the remote controlled HD television which had a large selection of local and satellite stations to watch. I made good use of the mini-bar and tea/coffee making facilities.
I was able to use my laptop and phone with the High Speed Internet Access available in my room and the rest of the hotel.
The bathroom had a separate bathtub, shower and a clever bidet toilet with a variety of push button controls. A bathrobe, hairdryer and a nice range of bathroom amenities were provided. There was a large glass window between the bathroom and living area which made the are look spacious. This had the option of a curtain for privacy,
I enjoyed my breakfast at Café @ 2 each morning with its array of Asian and Western specialties made from sustainably-sourced, seasonal ingredients.
KiSara is the stylish restaurant Japanese situated on level 3. Here delicious Japanese food takes center stage. The authentic Japanese cuisine balances traditional taste and modern aesthetics. KiSara features sushi and art deco teppanyaki counters accompanied by four private rooms. Head Chef Naohisa Yamada creates exquisite seafood and succulent meat dishes that are complimented by an exclusive range of Japanese sake. When I dined their I enjoyed my various Japanese dishes and found the restaurant staff to be attentive and friendly.
Liu, an award-winning Cantonese restaurant on Level 3, offers traditional Chinese food. It blends the culture and traditions of old China with modern interpretations. Head Chef Andy Fung, from Hong Kong, curates a delectable menu featuring exquisite BBQ specialties, including Liu's signature Peking Duck. When I dined there I enjoyed my sweet and sour chicken dish.
The casual City Terrace is a fun and lively tropical themed restaurant and bar next to the luscious landscaped outdoor pool. The menu features modern casual wellness cuisine made from only the freshest ingredients including produce made on property. They also serve a wide range of creative tiki-inspired cocktails and revitalisers beverages to unwind or refuel.
I enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room to view the Bangkok city skyline during the day and when lit up at night. When it was time to sleep the blackout curtains made the room nice and dark and the night lights in the bathroom came in handy.

The king-size bed and pillows I chose from the pillow menu were very comfortable. With the remote controlled I could operate the air-conditioning to make the room just the right temperature for relaxing.

Even though provided, I did not make use of the iron and ironing board.

The Executive Lounge on the 29th floor was a wonderful place to visit several times each day. The breakfasts of bacon, sausages, bread, pastries, fruit, yoghurt and hot dishes were scrumptious. Having a sweet tooth I enjoyed the afternoon teas of cakes, scones and pastries and sandwiches.The highlight for me was was the canapés and drinks each evening.

The Seasons Spa, located on the entire seventh floor of the Conrad Bangkok, is dedicated to wellness . It has 11 treatment rooms and hydrotherapy facilities including a sunken Japanese tub, whirlpool spa, and steam room. Professional therapists offer a range of specialist treatments, from Balinese yoga massages, body scrubs, body wraps to men’s facials, using premium Aromatherapy Associates products.
The Conrad Bangkok is the ideal place for business and social events. The 28 meeting and conference rooms at Conrad Bangkok have recently been refurbished. They offer versatile and spacious venues for all kinds of functions.

The column-less Ballroom has 8 metre high ceilings and amazing new audio-visual technology. It is the first venue in Bangkok with a huge integrated modular 35 meters wide and 5 meters tall LED wall. The Conrad Bangkok is the perfect venue to host weddings and other celebrations and can host up to 1,200 people.
The Conrad is ideally located in Bangkok’s Central Business District. The Phloen Chit BTS train station is a short walk away, or you can use the hotels free shuttle service to and from the station. For those driving there is free parking and there are charging stations for EV vehicles.
