New regional music and wine festival Feb 2023

Sip and Savour
Famed food adventurer Hayden Quinn is set to journey to Albury for new two-day festival, Sip and Savour, Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 February 2023.

With a host of TV credits to his name including Taste of Australia, Family Food Fight, Surfing the Menu – Next Generation and, of course, MasterChef Australia, Hayden will bring his infectious passion and inspiration by way of masterclasses and demonstrations showcasing the very best of Albury/Wodonga produce.

Hayden says, “As a lover of everything regional Australia has to offer, Sip and Savour really called to me. Food and drink always tastes best close to the source. I can’t wait to celebrate and share what the mighty Murray region has to offer.”

Supported by Bridge Road Brewers, Albury City Tourism and Destination NSW, the multisensory event will feature major musical talents Kate Miller-Heidke, Josh Pyke, Lisa Mitchell and Telenova.

The curated selection of wine, spirits, beer and food purveyors from the Albury, Wodonga, Murray and surrounding areas will offer complimentary tastings for the first few hours of each day, along with a menu of local delights available to enjoy on-site or to take home.

Highlight producers include Bridge Road Brewers, Bright Brewery, Brown Brothers, Michelini Wines, Billsons Brewery and Distillery, and Black Barrel Barbeque.

Presented by the food and beverage event specialists behind BeerFest Australia and Great Australian Beer Festival, this experienced team knows what it takes to host a memorable event that people will cross state lines to attend.

Festival co-founder James Harding says, “After a tumultuous few years in tourism and events, we are so excited to be launching Sip and Savour and bringing these brilliant Aussie acts to Albury alongside a bunch of talented regional producers and creators.”

Tickets are on sale now from sipandsavour.com.au. Further program details to be released.
