The Skift IDEA Awards is an annual recognition of excellence in design, creativity, and innovation. Destination Canada’s Into the Lights exhibit in NYC won the category of Creative Thinkers, Physical Experience.
In December 2021, along with our US agency, Praytell, we brought the northern lights to Grand Central Station with a floor-to-ceiling mirrored light display that gave visitors the experience of walking under the northern lights.
The installation saw over 9100 visitors and received a total of 180 media placements and 2.23B+ earned media impressions.
We are proud to see this initiative recognized in the 2022 Skift IDEA Awards among many forward-thinking brands and businesses.
