IDAHO Cultural Celebrations & Rodeos - A True Western Experien

The return of the Jaialdi Festival in 2025 is a Basque cultural extravaganza held in Boise every five years - the largest of its kind in the world.

June is Idaho Wine & Cider Month celebrating the state’s 65+ wineries and tasting rooms

September 2-4 Ketchum: Wagon Days is inspired by the party that travelled by wagon in 1880 to settle in what is now Ketchum, and a celebration of Western heritage and resettling the frontier.


October in Ketchum: The Trailing of the Sheep Festival

August 3-4 Idaho Falls: War Bonnet Roundup - more than 450 cowboys and cowgirls compete in front of 15,000 rodeo enthusiasts every year at the War Bonnet Roundup in Idaho Falls. This event is Idaho’s oldest rodeo and home to the world’s richest wild horse race, which you have to see to believe.
