Created as ‘a destination for entertainment, exploration and adventure’, it is the artists largest artwork to date.
Paso Robles is a California city, known for its wineries and olive groves.
One installation is made of more than 58,800 stemmed spheres lit by fibre optics that ’illuminate the landscape in subtle blooms of morphing colour that describe the undulating landscape’.
The second, Light Towers, celebrates Paso Robles’ wine country with 69 towers of more than 17,000 wine bottles, illuminated with glowing optic fibres whose colours ‘morph to an inspiring musical score’.
