The Costa Cálida and a micro-climate, which features comparatively hot annual temperatures and a relative degree of aridity.
The route consists of nine dives and aims to promote the five diving areas of the Costa Cálida including the two protected marine reserves of Cabo de Palos-Islas Hormigas and Cabo Tiñoso.
There are three dives in Cabo de Palos, three in La Azohía, one in La Manga-Isla Grosa, one in Mazarrón and another in Águilas. It embraces easy dives in shallow waters to explorations of the numerous shipwrecks.
