Fusion Resort & Villas Danang project makes its debut

In a response to the freshly-concluded Da Nang Investment Forum 2022, the Nam Phat Villas and Hotel Co., Ltd., belonging to Lodgis Hospitality Holdings, has just held an official launch ceremony of the Fusion Resort & Villas Danang project on Truong Sa Route, Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang, and introduced the model villas that have been built at the project.

The 5-star Fusion Resort & Villas Danang, with a total investment of nearly US$100 is the first residential real estate project of Fusion brand in Viet Nam.

The project covers a total area of 15.75ha and spreads over approximately 300m of beach frontage of Da Nang’s scenic coastline with many utilities and diverse functional items, such as a resort whose construction started in March 2022, the chain of culinary restaurants, spa health care services located in the garden, a tennis court, a gym, kid areas with international quality.

In particular, the project features a high-class 85 luxury cocoons featuring 1 - 6 bedroom villas ranging from 370 - 1,780m2. All of the villas have a very unique feature- pavilion- set within the private landscaped gardens and snaking through pools that provide guest the intimate and relaxing feel.

Each village is designed with its signature down-to-earth approach to luxury in mind that curate a perfect escape, combining a privacy, comfort and relaxation with natural light, fresh breezes and views over the sea or private gardens.

The high-ranking representative from the Lodgis Hospitality Holdings expressed his excitement when the launch event of Fusion Resort & Villas Danang coincided with the Da Nang Investment Forum 2022, expressing belief that the tourism industry will continue to make a great contribution to the city’s economic structure and its Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), in which, the project will contribute to attracting more investors and tourists to the beautiful city.
