The region offers an abundant range of high quality produce, with vegetables to Venison and health food to boutique beers, as well as highly regarded cool climate wines.
The day will feature stallholders presenting the region's best fruit, vegetables, meat and cheese paired with the region's best wines.
A highlight of the day will be cooking demonstrations from 2010 Masterchef Finalist, Courtney Roulston, who will show spectators how to make the most of the fine local produce on display. A country girl herself, Courtney's food philosophy stems from having grown up on a farm, and is "about serving and sharing fresh, simple produce with a care for being resourceful."
Children's entertainment will also be provided, with a jumping castle and petting zoo to keep the little ones happy. The day will be topped off with a rousing performance from the darlings of Alt-Country, DOOT.
With their roots in the wide open plains of Australia, paired with well-travelled ears, DOOT deliver a sound that is both classic and original, familiar yet surprising, rocking and rootsy, heartfelt and feel-good.
