She said offering a hotel level service in a private residence was also a unique point of difference for their boutique agency, and believed there was a definite gap in the market for this.
“There is nothing nicer than receiving fresh, fluffy towels each day, and having someone pop in to take out your garbage – after all, you are on holiday.
“This shouldn’t be an extra service you have to arrange as is the case with any other holiday rentals in the area.”
Taking it one step further, she said the team were also happy to help arrange a chef in-house for a seafood barbecue or degustation dinner.
“Holidays should be about enjoying good food, wine and company. What could be more fun than having your very own chef for a private masterclass?”
All packages include as a minimum, limousine airport transfers, daily servicing, a welcome experience with personal introduction to the home and a gourmet hamper to settle in guests.
There is also an Ultra Concierge available on call to arrange any additional requirements including stocking of pantry provisions such as food and beverages ready for arrival.
“This service is inclusive in the package price with some of our residences also offered with a vehicle and driver, who is on call for most of the day.
“This gives guests the freedom to go and explore the surrounding region as well as dine out at one of the many fantastic restaurants in Port Douglas, without having to worry about maps, where to go or getting lost,” Angela added.
She said other packages included the Ultra Indulgence, which incorporated a number of experiences such as yacht charter, helicopter transfers, golf and private relaxation massage treatments, into the package.
At the top end of the market is the Ultra Exclusive package providing a daily butler service to attend the home and provide light meals and refreshments on call throughout the day.
Airport transfers are upgraded to helicopter transfers and a fully catered reef experience on a super yacht is also included.
Corporate retreat packages for meetings and incentives are also available. The Ultra Port Douglas residences are perfectly suited for intimate weddings such as elopements or ceremonies with just a few privileged guests.Package prices start from $12,500.
