Fireworks and bonfires will light up the sky in early November as Britain comes together to celebrate Guy Fawkes Night. In London, enjoy live music, street food, a bonfire and an all-out firework display at Alexandra Palace, or travel back to 1605 at the thrilling new Gunpowder Plot Experience at the Tower of London. Just outside of Glasgow, celebrate a fusion of Halloween and Bonfire Night at Dean Castle Country Park’s Halloween Firework Spooktactular, or warm up in the Peak District with a hog roast and mulled wine at Chatsworth House’s firework extravaganza. Don’t miss next month: The Crown Jewels will be projected onto some of the country’s most famous landmarks and locations in a new immersive visual and musical show, ‘Crown and Coronation’. The show will kick off at the Tower of London next month (17 – 25 Nov), before embarking on a UK-wide tour in 2024.
