HAIRSPRAY– the original, big-hearted, multi award-winning Broadway hit musical has arrived at the Sydney Lyric for a strictly limited season.
Starring much-loved stage and screen performer Shane Jacobson as Edna Turnblad, Todd McKenney as Wilbur Turnblad, Rhonda Burchmore as Velma Von Tussle, Bobby Fox as Corny Collins, Asabi Goodman as Motormouth Maybelle and introducing Carmel Rodrigues as Tracy Turnblad.
The full-scale Broadway Production of HAIRSPRAY comes to Australia for the very first time.
Joining them for the 20th Anniversary Broadway Production will be Javon King as Seaweed J Stubbs, Donna Lee, Ayanda Dlada as Little Inez, Brianna Bishop as Amber von Tussle, Mackenzie Dunn as Penny Pingleton, Sean Johnston as Link Larkin and Todd Goddard.
