1. SNOW FUN AT MT HOTHAM

There's plenty of snow on Mt Hotham, Victoria's highest ski resort, which means now is the time to book in ski school for the little ones. The resort has oodles of skiable terrain where families with more developed abilities can explore challenging runs, while learners can progress their skills on safe, beginner level trails.

This world-class asphalt pump track and gravel-lined skills course includes 13km of progressive trails, catering for beginners through to Level Gnarly. The pump track is suitable for all abilities and has been designed to enhance rider satisfaction from a continual loop to jumping berms.

Join the kids as they weave their way around the purpose-built rock sections, log crossings, jump ups and jump downs.

3. DOGSLEDDING AT DINNER PLAIN

Zip through the snow-covered trails surrounding Dinner Plain on a sled pulled by a team of huskies with Howling Huskies. You can choose from a short-and-sweet tour with lots of time for cuddles, pats and play, or take a longer snow dash around the trails weaving through archways of snow gums. 4. WHITE WATER RAFTING
