INTRODUCING FV BY PEPPERS: Brisbane's hottest new hotel, FV by Peppers officially opened its doors in March 2018. SOUTH WEST SYDNEY'S NEWEST FIVE-STAR HOTEL, THE WILLIAM INGLIS HOTEL, MGALLERY BY SOFITEL: Opening in January 2018, The William Inglis Hotel, MGallery By Sofitel is a $140 million project developed by William Inglis & Sons. Celebrating the history of Inglis and the thoroughbred industry, the hotel features a boutique equine theme throughout, with 144 deluxe accommodation rooms including 22 luxurious suites and one presidential suite.
