NEW EXPERIENCES ON THE GOLD COAST JULY 2016

Coast Capers Kombi surf tours

have arrived on the Gold Coast: Tourists can soak up the experience of cruising along the World Surfing Reserve in a fully restored 1969 Kombi bus with seating for up to 7 passengers. Tours depart daily from Surfers Paradise and travel south hugging the coast's famous breaks. As part of the tour you will also visit Surf World museum - an opportunity to discover the evolution of the surfing industry and surf culture on the Gold Coast.

Village Roadshow Theme Parks

has announced a new venture with Topgolf to bring the exciting Topgolf concept to Australia. Offering fun golfing games for all ages and skill levels, paired with an outstanding chef-driven menu, top-shelf drinks, big screen TVs and music in climate-controlled suites for year-round comfort, Topgolf is a fantastic entertainment experience for golfers and non-golfers alike. The first site will be located on a portion of the vacant land near Warner Bros. Movie World and is expected to open in mid to late 2017.

Topgolf is the premier golf entertainment complex where the competition of sport meets your favorite local hangout. Players hit golf balls containing computer microchips that track each shot’s accuracy and distance while also awarding points for hitting targets on the outfield. Each venue offers an upscale, laid-back experience that features climate-controlled hitting bays, event spaces for groups of all sizes, and an impressive food and drink menu.

Draculas

transformed the iconic theatre's foyer into a dramatic new and interactive Mausoleum experience. The opening of the new million-dollar entrance coincides with the launch of a brand new show: Retro Vampt. The show celebrates the 1970s through big hair, spandex flares and a funky song list, that promises to get the audience jiving in the aisles.
