Sunrise, Australia's favourite morning breakfast television program, is heading to Hawaii for a week-long broadcast on behalf of Flight Centre, Hawaii Tourism and Jetstar.
Flight Centre is proud to be partnering with Kochie, Sam and the rest of the Sunrise morning crew as they set up their beachfront office for the week to showcase the best of Hawaii to viewers. The daily broadcast will take place on the beach at the four-star Hilton Hawaiian Village in Honolulu with the weather reports to be broadcast from other parts of the island including Maui and Oahu.
Along with some very exciting special guests including G.R.L and Justice Crew, 130 viewers are also going on holiday to experience everything Hawaii has to offer and a Perth couple are even getting married live on air during a broadcast!
Perfect for families, couples and friends alike, Hawaii is one of Flight Centre's most popular holiday hotspots and according to Sue Johnson, Flight Centre Brand Marketing Manager, it's never been better a better time to travel to Hawaii.
"Aussies love going to Hawaii and why wouldn't they? Beautiful beaches, amazing shopping and some of the world's most beautiful scenery means there's something there for everyone.
"And with more direct flights than ever before customers are getting some amazing deals," Johnson said.
The Sunrise crew and viewers will leave for Hawaii on Saturday 7 March flying Jetstar Airways out of Sydney. The entire team will stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village and the 130 viewers will experience some of the island's signature experiences including a Pearl Harbour Tour, Premier Outlets shopping tour and 'Big Kahuna' Luau Party hosted by Sunrise on Mount Tantalus.
