ROWING REGATTA TO TAKE WESTERN SYDNEY BY STORM

Australia’s finest rowers will go head to head at the Sydney International Rowing Regatta at Penrith this weekend. The event, secured for Western Sydney by Destination NSW, is once again being held at the Sydney International Regatta Centre, where it is set to remain at that location for the next three years.

Australia’s best rowers will compete in prestigious races such as the King’s and Queen’s Cups Interstate Regatta, as well as the Australian National and Schools Open Championships.

It promises to be a great weekend of racing, and tickets are still available. More information on the Regatta can be found at sydney.com/events/sydney-international-rowing-regatta-world-rowing-down-under

Also coming up in Western Sydney is the Test Match Women’s Hockey series between China and Australia’s Hockeyroos. The three match series will be held at the Sydney Olympic Park Hockey Centre at Homebush from 2-6 April.
