A campaign to promote caravan and camping holidays across Regional NSW took place in Sydney CBD’s Wynyard Park this week. The pop-up holiday park gave visitors the opportunity to inspect the latest caravan and camping products and experiences whilst giving Sydneysiders a taste of the upcoming Camping and Holiday Supershow which will run from 11 until 19 April at Rosehill Racecourse.
The initiative was part of a joint campaign between Destination NSW and the Caravan and Camping Industry Association NSW (CCIA).
CCIA NSW Chief Executive Officer Lyndel Gray said this was the second year the organisation has worked with Destination NSW to create a pop up caravan park in the CBD.
“The caravan and camping industry is continually innovating and we now have motorhomes and caravans with all the latest facilities you’d expect, tents that pop open with the flick of a wrist and all the new accessories that make camping life more convenient and comfortable than ever,” Ms Gray said.
