impress with another announcement of popular stars set to dazzle the crowd at
the 40th Jayco CMAA Country Music Awards of Australia on Saturday 28 January.
These artists will join the string of other A-list artists and country music heavyweights who will celebrate 40 years of the Awards, acknowledging excellence in Australian country music.
Aleyce Simmonds will perform her song Bondwood Boat, co-written with country music heavyweight Graeme Connors, to what is expected to be a packed house, with fans and stars alike hitting Tamworth to ensure they don’t miss out on country music’s historic night.
As one of Australia’s fastest rising singer-songwriters, Aleyce is a finalist in three categories including ‘Telstra New Talent of the Year’, ‘Toyota Heritage Song of the Year’ and ‘Female Artist of the Year’.
“Country music is obviously something I’m very passionate about and I love being a part of the Country Music Awards which recognise the breadth of talent within the industry,” said Aleyce.
Aleyce will perform alongside country favourites Adam Harvey, Shane Nicholson, Beccy Cole, Jetty Road, O’Shea, Jasmine Rae and Troy Cassar-Daley.
