RAW Travel is a leading specialist for self-guided and iconic walks around the world, including the Camino de Santiago. Co-founders Dave and Mel Reynolds, who began the company 20 years ago, have used their extensive hiking knowledge and that of their staff, to craft a distinctly Australian series of 'Independent Adventures'.
Trips start from just $199 and range from a 3-day micro-adventure on Victoria's Grampians Peaks Trail to a 60-day 1000+km expedition on Western Australia's Bibbulmun Track.
“We came up with something to suit the times. Australians are craving connection with nature and want to explore their own country,” says Dave Reynolds, Founder and Managing Director of RAW Travel.
“These are hikes for people who want to escape and explore the most epic landscapes in Australia, taking on the challenge and adventure of walking independently. People don't want to spend endless days researching their trip, working out what they need to book, and preparing their food. We've tackled those big barriers,” says Dave
RAW Travel has used its collective experience as long-distance walkers and travel consultants to research the essential information required. Each hike comes with a comprehensive preparatory guide, an easy-to-use walking app and tasty trail food!
