NSW WINNERS IN RESTAURANT AND CATERING AWARDS

Sydney’s Tetsuya’s restaurant has been named Restaurant of the Year in the 2018 Savour Australia Restaurant & Catering HOSTPLUS National Awards for Excellence, which recognises culinary talent across Australia.

Nine Sydney restaurants and five regional NSWrestaurants picked up gold awards, while four Sydney businesses and one regional NSW business picked up gold catering awards.
