MATT MORAN STEPS UP TO THE PLATE FOR FOOD FESTIVAL

Celebrity chef Matt Moran will headline three days of foodie events at Tastings on Hastings in Port Macquarie in November. Themed ‘Fire, Water, Harvest’, the region’s premier food festival will include a night time festival, celebrity chef dinners, cooking demonstrations, master classes and the popular main event.

Matt Moran is set to rekindle the region’s passion for fresh local produce with two fine-dining experiences at The Stunned Mullet restaurant, overlooking Town Beach. The five-course degustation dinners will focus on fresh, seasonal produce and be accompanied with matching wines.
