A chauffeur-driven Rolls Royce Phantom will send guests directly to The Valley Wing's private driveway and will remain at the guests' disposal throughout their stay.

Mr. Khan has amassed vast experience over the past five years as a personal butler to members of royalty and prestigious guests who have stayed at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore. A key feature of The Ultimate Sanctuary is the opportunity for guests to name an orchid. Prior to arrival, guests will be invited to select preferred orchid specimens and preferred names to personalise their favourite orchid. The approved name will be registered with the Royal Horticultural Society in London. When the guests arrive, an orchid-naming ceremony will be held within Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore's famed gardens to officiate the milestone.
