Muswellbrook Community Christmas Carols

Come along to Highbrook Park this Saturday night 17 December. The evening commences at 6.30pm and the whole community is invted to attend.

The evening will include schools, churches and community groups. Jacob Woodruff from Denman will sing as soloist. Carols will be performed by the Upper Hunter conservatorium Choir and the Muswellbrook Shore Concert Band. The Carols are organised by the Upper Hunter Conservatorium of Music and the Muswellbrook Shire Council.

Candles and glowticks will be available to light up the night. During the evening the Muswellbrook red Cross Society will announce the winers of the Christmas Window Decoration Competition. Santa will visit for all the boys and girls.

What makes a Carols evening is the wonderful sound that is made when everyone present joins in the singing. Just icase people are a bit hazy on the words, they carols to be sung will be printed in a special songbook which will be included in the local the Muswellbrook Chronicle newspaper on Friday 16th December.

For those living in Denman, their Community Christmas Carols will be held at Denman Community hall in Ogilvie Street on Saturday 17 December from 7pm to 8.30pm.
