Sweet Treats and Seasonal Delights at Butter

For those with a penchant for sweet delights, Butter presents an exceptional array of confectionary eggs, pastries, and seasonal cakes. The highlight of the menu is the Hoppy, a playful chocolate bunny filled with hidden Easter surprises, bringing joy to all who partake. Another must-try is the Hopping Berry pastry, a delectable combination of white chocolate, mixed berry compote, and yogurt. Easter treats at Butter are available daily from 1 April 2025 to 20 April 2025, with goodies starting at THB 220 net and Easter cakes from THB 990 net. Doors are open from 08.00 to 19.00 hours for those eager to take home these festive delights.

A Lavish Easter Brunch at Espresso

Espresso, InterContinental Bangkok’s renowned dining destination, is offering a spectacular Easter Brunch that promises a culinary adventure like no other. The menu boasts an array of made-to-order specialties, including risotto with porcini mushrooms and black truffle, grilled Hokkaido scallops with green peas and pancetta sauce, and grilled Atlantic seabass with black mussel guazzetto. Guests can also savor poached eggs served with lobster ragout and Sturia caviar hollandaise sauce, an indulgence fit for the occasion.

For seafood lovers, the buffet offers an outstanding selection, including steamed golden king crab, Chilean king crab, blue swimmer crab, and meaty welks. Complementing these are succulent river prawns, fresh oysters, green asparagus soup with clams, and pan-fried foie gras. Meat aficionados will delight in the selection of roasted and grilled prime Australian wagyu beef. To round off the feast, an Easter-themed dessert spread awaits, featuring bunny muffins and a luxurious selection of chocolate treats.

The Easter Brunch at Espresso is available on 20 April 2025 from 12.00 to 15.00 hours, priced at THB 3,200++ per person.
